Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at a local TurboTax location, serving both in-person and virtual clients.

You will connect with customers to understand their financial picture, expand services, and collaborate with a broad team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences in a compliant, client-focused manner.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation with 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Able to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem teams (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver end-to-end services.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional experiences.
