Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will connect clients with Intuit’s broader services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while building local relationships and driving community growth.

You will engage both in-person and virtual clients, ensuring a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience and a high‑quality customer journey. Onsite presence and strong tax knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years with 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador and grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long‑term relationships by delivering trusted guidance and ongoing support.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
