Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, lead community outreach, and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience in local meetings, online sessions, and events.

Qualifications

• Active Enrolled Agent status preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid federal/state tax returns prep.
• Willing to learn additional services (bookkeeping, payroll).
• Comfortable working onsite in TurboTax locations.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Assist with complex tax situations and deductions optimization.
• Lead discovery sessions to tailor tax solutions for each client.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
