Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at dedicated TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients in a collaborative, end-to-end service model.

You will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
