Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while growing a local client base and collaborating with a team of specialists.

The role emphasizes a full-service, end-to-end client experience, including a focus on complex tax scenarios, personal and business income, and planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practitioner with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training from Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Act as a community ambassador, building a local client base and driving growth through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to convert transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and video conferencing.
