Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert advice to individuals and small businesses. You will grow the local client base, act as a trusted advisor, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
