Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work onsite with a team of financial professionals, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and helping customers navigate their complete financial picture through the broader Intuit ecosystem. Responsibilities include growing the local client base, offering year-round tax support, and coordinating with specialists for

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax filing experience (30+ federal/state returns).
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.).
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location (8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week).
• Willing to complete training and development as required by the business.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guide clients to year-round support.
