Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns on-site and advise clients in person and virtually.

You will engage with customers to understand their full financial picture and connect them with Intuit services—bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning—delivering end-to-end support. This role emphasizes community outreach, client growth, and a high standard of customer service, with on-site hours and a focus on tax season activity across multiple TurboTax

Qualifications

• Must have strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with specialists to cover business tax, advisory services.
