Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will engage clients face-to-face and virtually, delivering end-to-end tax services while connecting them with Intuit solutions including bookkeeping and payroll. As a trusted community resource, you will grow your local client base, organize financial literacy events, and represent TurboTax in local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum. Training and uniforms required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
