Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location. You will help clients navigate personal and business taxes, while growing the client base and expanding services within the Intuit ecosystem through in-person engagements and virtual touches.

You will collaborate with tax professionals and specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, building lasting client relationships and delivering a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build deep understanding of clients' financial picture and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
