Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance for diverse client needs at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists to provide end-to-end service, ensuring clients understand their financial picture and leverage Intuit resources. You will build local trust, engage with the community, and drive growth while delivering a high-quality customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local, 20+ hrs/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as required.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and video interactions.
