Intuit Inc. in the United States seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at local TurboTax locations.

You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions and grow the local client base through community engagement. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients with personal and business tax needs, while leveraging Intuit resources for year-round support.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business, including compliance training and up-skilling.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable using your name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

• Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - actively grow a local customer base and lead events with marketing support.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build Relationships - turn one-time transactions into long-term client relationships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional, helpful service in person and via video tools.
