Job summary

Intuit seeks ambitious TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and drive community growth.

You will engage clients in person and virtually, grow the local client base, and leverage Intuit resources to deliver a comprehensive financial service experience throughout the year.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory.
• Comfortable onsite hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, M–F, ≥20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms; can be used for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local customer base and grow business.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Develop relationships to turn one-time transactions into multi-year engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and timely responses.
