Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location. You will collaborate with specialists to cover business and personal taxes, while growing the local client base through outreach and community events.

You will work onsite during standard hours, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and help connect customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem for ongoing year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willingness to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Bridge clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Build long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty in the local market.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
