Intuit, Inc. seeks proactive TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location.

You will serve local clients, assess complex tax needs, and connect them with Intuit’s broader ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You will actively grow the local client base, participate in community events, and deliver a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience.

Qualificações

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to wear uniforms and be a local community representative.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in person and via video tools.
