Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite locations across the United States.

You’ll provide tax expertise, client service, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences. As a local tax advisor, you’ll handle simple to complex returns, offer planning guidance, and participate in community outreach to grow the client base while working closely with a team of specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill to bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to training and development, and to wear company uniform.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Holistic tax advisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Engage clients to understand their financial picture and offer planning guidance.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and support via in-person and virtual channels.
