Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax expertise at a local TurboTax location. You’ll prepare returns, advise clients, and coordinate with specialists to cover business, payroll, and advisory needs.

You’ll build a local client base, engage with the community through events, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios while representing Intuit with a professional, customer-first approach.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years preparing 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory.
• On-site at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms; use name for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing the local client base.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professional service.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools.
