Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, handling tax returns, advice, and software support with a collaborative team of specialists.

You will build long-term client relationships, expand the local customer base, and provide year-round assistance across personal and business tax scenarios while aligning with Intuit’s mission to empower prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040 returns (30+ per season) with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for integrative services.
• Deliver a high-quality, end-to-end client experience in-person and virtually.
