Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support software use, collaborating with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions. You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and represent Intuit in community outreach, while guiding clients through complex tax scenarios with

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attny credentials preferred; active PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours per week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong client engagement skills.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, optimize taxes, and offer future planning guidance.
• Act as local ambassador to grow client base and community presence.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem partners for comprehensive services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via video tools.
