Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax expertise, prepare returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios while coordinating with a broader suite of Intuit specialists.

This role emphasizes local client growth, relationship building, and delivering a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience. You'll work in person at a TurboTax location, with opportunities to expand into bookkeeping,

Qualifications

Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for at least 20 hours per week.
Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
Act as a community ambassador to build and grow a local customer base for TurboTax.
Connect clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
