Intuit Inc. in the United States seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams providing tax return prep and advisory services at TurboTax locations.

You will work with a collaborative team to deliver end-to-end client experiences, build local client bases, and connect customers with Intuit ecosystem products, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while maintaining a personal, trusted advisor relationship.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training from Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours per week; complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base; build relationships and deliver end-to-end client experiences.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services as appropriate.
• Represent Intuit in the local community and deliver excellent customer service.
