Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients while coordinating with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll or advisory areas.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must wear company uniforms and participate in required training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning and other Intuit solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
