Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized tax advice at on-site TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will engage with clients face-to-face and virtually, building long-term relationships while connecting them to the broader Intuit ecosystem. The role emphasizes community outreach, local market development, and delivering a superior customer experience through your tax expertise and collaboration with specialists in

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep experience preferred (strong knowledge of tax laws).
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 hours; peak periods may require more.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma) for year-round support.
• Build long-term client trust and expand local market presence through events and partnerships.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.

Skills

Enrolled Agent / CPA / Attorney

Active PTIN to file taxes

Tax return volume: 30+ returns/season

Willing to upskill into additional tax

Onsite work hours M-F 8am-5pm

Training and compliance adaptability
