Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, deliver expert advice, and coordinate with a broader team of specialists to serve clients from start to finish.

Your role includes growing the local client base and delivering a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. Join a team that engages with the community, leverages marketing tools, and supports clients through personal and business tax

Qualificações

• EA/CPA or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill in related services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Represent TurboTax with professionalism while supporting local and national marketing efforts.
