Qualifications

• Must have EA/CPA/Attorney credential and active PTIN.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with 30+ returns per season using professional software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via virtual channels.
