Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, grow the local client base, and collaborate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to offer year-round financial services. The role emphasizes building lasting relationships, delivering personalized service, and representing Intuit in community events and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred and strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training from Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Link clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and guide clients through tax processes.
