Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for individuals and small businesses at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work on-site with a team of tax professionals, connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, and help grow the local client base through community events and marketing support. The role emphasizes personalized service, compliance, and ongoing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season with professional software.
• Circular 230 familiarity preferred.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Willing to participate in training and compliance programs.
• Interest in building local market presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond basic filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan future taxes.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach.
• Deliver excellent, end-to-end client experiences in person.
