Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized guidance at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, from W‑2s to complex scenarios, and help grow the local client base with community engagement.

The role emphasizes in-person service, collaboration with a broader Intuit team, and leveraging marketing tools to build relationships and promote TurboTax offerings.

Competenze

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software; familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location; hours 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week; training may be required.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
