You’ll work closely with a team to deliver end-to-end customer experiences, from discovery to post-season advisory, while growing the local client base and partnerships. The role emphasizes personal and business tax scenarios, community engagement, and cross‑selling of Intuit services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
