Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work onsite, assist clients with personal and business taxes, and coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end services. You will grow the local client base, attend community events, and use TurboTax tools to optimise tax outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns filing using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, optimise tax liabilities, and offer future planning guidance.
• Engage with local community, grow TurboTax client base, and build relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
