Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advice at a local TurboTax location.

You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, grow the local client base, and collaborate with specialists to offer a complete financial solution portfolio. You’ll build ongoing client relationships, deliver a professional customer experience, and participate in community outreach to expand awareness of TurboTax services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business; uniforms provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Develop understanding of clients' complete financial picture and connect them with Intuit solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools; assist with inquiries and tax challenges.
