Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice while connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

Join a collaborative team of financial professionals, help grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience with access to marketing tools and services. This is a year-round, on-site role with flexible hours during peak tax season.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities and maximize refunds.
• Collaborate with a broader team to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and community partnerships.
