Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full‑service tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists to address complex client needs while growing your local practice.

The role emphasizes hands‑on client interactions, community engagement, and leveraging Intuit marketing tools to build a loyal client base. This is a part‑time, onsite position with flexible hours.

Qualificações

• EA or CPA or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week; uniforms provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling from simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, maximize deductions and refunds, and offer future planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing tools.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and other specialists for end‑to‑end service.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
