Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of tax professionals, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate across the Intuit ecosystem to offer comprehensive financial services. You will build local client relationships, lead community outreach, and drive growth while maintaining high service standards, accuracy, and compliance.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via digital tools.
• Deliver professional, empathetic service while helping clients achieve financial goals.
