Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for personal and business taxes in a collaborative team setting.

You will grow the local client base, connect clients with Intuit's ecosystem of services, and deliver an exceptional customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN and licensing per law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Experience with tax software and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Discover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both onsite and virtually.
