Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax expertise and complete tax preparation for clients, both in person and virtually.

You will work with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless customer experience. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and participate in community events, while upholding Intuit’s standards and offering year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must file 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week.
• Training and uniforms provided by Intuit.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax local client base and drive customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and clear financial guidance.
• Engage with the local community through events and outreach.
