Intuit, Inc. seeks enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location.

You will serve clients in person and virtually, building deep understandings of their financial picture and coordinating with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service. Roles emphasize community outreach and client growth, with opportunities to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or tax advisory services.
• Onsite TurboTax office location, hours 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hrs/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniform.
• Interest in building local and online community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base and network.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in person and via Intuit video tools, solving tax-related challenges.
