Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Local Service Experts. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, personalized tax guidance, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll services.

You’ll engage with the local community and deliver a high-quality, end-to-end TurboTax experience. You will work in a collaborative team, serving in-person and virtual clients, with a focus on growing the local

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local client base and drive growth.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships with clients to convert one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional and empathetic service.
