Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, building a complete financial picture and linking them to Intuit services.

Role emphasizes growing local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and year-round support.

Formación

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN active required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040s using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear company uniform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across channels.
• Represent TurboTax as a local community ambassador.
