Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with a broader team of specialists for an end-to-end Intuit experience. This role emphasizes community outreach, client growth, and delivering a premium customer experience, with opportunities to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, and planning

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willingness to complete required training and use Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing the local client base.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into multi-year engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
