Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, advise on tax planning, and coordinate with specialists to provide a seamless Intuit experience.

In this role you engage with the local community, expand the client base, and drive loyalty through personalized service, while leveraging Intuit’s marketing tools and support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite a TurboTax office 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with personal and business tax scenarios and planning.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
