Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on‑site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with comprehensive tax services.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem, and play a key role in growing the local client base. You’ll collaborate with specialists, deliver proactive tax advice, and build long‑term relationships, all while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and leveraging TurboTax

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri, at a TurboTax location.
• Willing to complete training and adhere to company policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists about bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience and explain tax concepts clearly.
