Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

You’ll grow the local client base, lead community events, and drive customer loyalty through personalized service and local marketing efforts, ensuring a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience year-round.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Build local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
