Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients, building deep trust through personalized service.

You will grow the local client base, collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams, and ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience with a focus on community engagement and financial well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience for in-person and virtual clients.
