Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax expertise and personalized service to clients.

You will handle full-service tax return preparation, advise on complex scenarios, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions while building local relationships and promoting community growth for TurboTax.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador by building a local customer base and relationships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit’s video tools.
