Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering expert tax preparation and personalized advisory services. You will partner with specialists to provide end-to-end solutions for individuals and small businesses.

You will engage with the local community to grow client base, deliver exceptional service, and leverage Intuit resources to help clients achieve financial goals year-round.

Formación

• Must be EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Comfortable onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable using name/picture in marketing.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex personal/business returns.
• Build and grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial advisory teams to serve clients end-to-end.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sites, professional tools, and team expertise.
