Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance. You will work in a TurboTax location, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

Role emphasizes building local clientele, offering comprehensive tax advisory, and connecting clients with Intuit ecosystem services while adhering to onsite hours and uniforms.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable in advertising with name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and engage with community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma) for year‑round support.
• Build long-term relationships through trust and proactive client engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience via in-person and virtual interactions.
