Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax preparation onsite and guide clients through complex financial scenarios. You will connect customers with a broader team to deliver end-to-end solutions and grow the local TurboTax presence.

You’ll work with tax professionals, attend community events, and leverage Intuit resources to build loyal client relationships while delivering a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours per week during business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax expertise and complete preparation for clients.
• Advise on deductions, amendments, and tax planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience.
