Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax prep, expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, ensuring end-to-end support.

You will grow the local client base through outreach and community events, collaborating with marketing tools to build a loyal clientele. This role emphasizes personal connection and delivering a best-in-class customer experience during tax

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours weekly, 8am-5pm.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning guidance.
• Coordinate with specialists for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; build long-term relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and clear financial guidance.
