Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and coordinate with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and support customers with complex tax scenarios while leveraging Intuit marketing tools and resources for ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office during standard hours (min 20 hrs/week).
• Willing to complete required training and development; uniform wear and use of name/picture for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients, covering simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local client base and drive growth with marketing support.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build long-term relationships and trust with clients through personalized service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
